This site is best viewed using Internet Explorer version 5 or above. The site will work with other browsers such as Firefox and Netscape but some of the formatting may not render correctly.

We have designed the site to be viewed with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher. Again the site will still work with lower reolutions but some of the formatting may be lost.

Accessibility
The Abby TENS Hire website aims to achieve W3C WAI Priority 2 level. A detailed description of this guideline can be found here.

Changing browser settings
To set Internet Explorer to ignore the colours and fonts used in web sites, first go to the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Internet Options'. Then click on the 'Accessibility' button, then tick the 'ignore colours', 'ignore font styles' and 'ignore font sizes' boxes . Then click OK to apply the settings.

To change just the size of text go to 'View - text size' and choose the setting you are most comfortable with (largest, larger, medium, smaller, smallest).

You may also find it useful to change the default colours and fonts used on your computer. The procedure for doing this is different for different versions of Windows and other operating systems. You should therefore consult your computer's Help facility for instructions on doing this. We are currently developing the site to function using Access Keys. As soon as these are available we will inform customers via the homepage.

Abby TENS hire takes your security seriously. This is why we do not store / collect your bank and credit card details here on this site. All bank and credit card details are recorded once you have left our site and are safely on the WorlPay site. We chose WorldPay as the company to handle our customers online transactions because they are the market leaders in this field.

WorldPay utilise use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the browser 128 Bit SSL is used.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The information that we do collect about you will be removed from our system once the hire period is complete and the TENS unit returned.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The type of information we will collect about you includes :

• Email Address

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

We do not keep credit/debit card details. This is managed entirely by World Pay Plc.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by contacting us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it.

The personal information which we do hold (for the hire period) will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trader Code.

We do not use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site
